Post-Jam Edition (v1.1)

Major updates:
- Implemented a map marker indicating the player's current position.
- Revised the length of the day/night cycle. Day is 45 seconds, night is 25, and dusk and dawn are each 10.
- Corrected Day/Night reactivation logic to ensure reactivation of previously deactivated objects.
- Added Map and Quest icons to the HUD.
- Fixed the bug that prevented the player from speaking with ghosts, even if the Quest "To Speak with the Dead" had been completed.
- Ichabod now recounts his dreams each time he wakes up.
Minor updates:
- Most NPCs now play their Idle animation during dialogs.
- The fade screen is now slightly larger, fully covering the camera.
- Fading to and from black is now a bit slower.
- The Brussels Sprouts' ball no longer disappears after the first day.
- Various dialog typos have been corrected, and revised some dialogs for clarity.
- Adjusted camera bounds slightly.
- Created graphical feedback when healing.
- Rip van Cabbage now has a description.
- Corrected array out of bounds error with Rip van Cabbage.
- Added a second line to each of Rip's dialogs.
- Swapped the first and second quest in the Quests screen.
- Minor corrections to map; marked location of Trina's fountain.
- Moved Cornelius to a more conspicuous location.
- Minor corrections to some textures and obstacles.
- Updated Victory Screen to suspend the day/night cycle.
- Various updates and fixes to the quest Entering the Lists.
