Her Majesty the Empress of Sol has been kidnapped by the nefarious Cult of the Great Red One, who have taken her to their stronghold. This Cult is a group of vagabond Terrans who have forsaken the truth of Father Sol and defected to the worship of Betelgeuse, the principal star of Orion.
Sir Roderick has infiltrated the Cult's stronghold and must find his beloved sovereign. The Empress has managed to hide herself in a sealed chamber, but she has very little air left. Each time Sir Roderick finds a life support regulation device, he can divert additional air to the sealed chamber, but he must hurry!

I missed this one when it came out! Long-time FallingWall game players will recognize the Sol lore continuing from The Gnawing Hunger. I played this to the end and had fun -- really complete work for a 7-day jam! The stage-based timer was a really nice inclusion, it made it so that you had to sharpen up your efficiency on repeat tries in moving through the world. Working to drop those bombs in the cabin, and use the blocks as cover, was a great challenge, too. Nice!
Awesome, I'm so glad you enjoyed!
I'm working on giving my action games a little more polish, and I think they're getting there. :)
I love the 1bit art style! Great contrast on the assets. Also enjoyed the probe to shoot once I discovered it lol.
Thanks so much for giving it a whirl!
